1
For a brief moment in 2020, we collectively understood what it meant to live under a real threat of death. I wanted to build a bridge—younger audiences finding a touchstone to the realities of the AIDS crisis their parents experienced, older audiences feeling seen and understood by a generation they may find hard to reach.
